Includes Operations Staff, Legal Affairs Staff, Human Resources Staff, Executive Staff, and State Government Affairs Staff. These departments are light users of the current system but may need enhanced features moving forward.

- Operations Staff: Lookup customer accounts.
- Legal Affairs Staff: Currently has no functionality in Aptify but may need contract management in Salesforce.
- Human Resources Staff: Minimal use of Aptify, primarily for employee information and training.
- Executive Staff: Access to reporting options and overall organizational insights.
- State Government Affairs Staff: Managing the organization's legislative agenda in the states, with most users seldom or rarely using Aptify.
